Avocado Banana Bread

Avocado Banana Bread

This fantastic bread is easy to make and doesn’t require any special kitchen appliances or gadgets. Avocado Banana Bread is so good, you’ll have a hard time not eating the entire loaf. Perfect for breakfast, a quick snack or even as a dessert.

Ingredients

1½ cups almond flour
1½ teaspoons baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
¾ cup avocados
¾ cup bananas
3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons raw honey
1 large egg (room temperature)

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. , mix the almond flour, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
  2. Mash avocado and banana. Add to blender or food processor and blend until creamy. Add coconut oil, vanilla, honey, and egg. Blend together.
  3. Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients to form a batter.
  4. Spray 8½ inch baking pan with non-stick spray. Pour batter into pan.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Enjoy!

To make this even more yummoh, add⅓ cup of your favorite chopped nut. To avoid bitter taste, use Hass avocados.
