Prep Time: 10 minutes | Makes 1 1/2 cups
1 1/4 cups light olive oil
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
juice of 1/2 lemon
In a bowl, mix 1/4 cup olive oil, egg, mustard powder and salt. While mixing, slowly add in 1 cup olive oil. Stir in lemon juice.
To make this even more yummoh, take your time. The slower you mix in the olive oil the thicker the Whole30 mayo will be.
