Watermelon Coconut Milk Shake

Take a vacation from the privacy of your own kitchen. Allow each sip of the Watermelon Coconut Milk Shake to transport you to your favorite beach. Who said healthy eating had to be boring? You can eat healthy and have your dessert, too!

 

Ingredients

3/4 Small Watermelon
1 Can Coconut Milk
1 Tablespoon 100% Pure Maple Syrup
1 Teaspoon Vanilla

Directions

  1. Chop watermelon. Freeze.
  2. Add all ingredients to blender.
  3. Pulse then blend.
  4. Enjoy!

To make this even more yummoh, sprinkle coconut flakes on top.
