PB&J Smoothie

It’s no wonder this is Katy Perry’s smoothie of choice! The PB&J is packed with nutrients and tastes like a childhood favorite. If you’re needing a fruit, protein and probiotic boost and want it to taste delicious then look no further. 

Ingredients

1 Cup Strawberries
1 Banana
1-2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Kefir
1 Teaspoon 100% Pure Maple Syrup
1 Cup Ice (6 Ice Cubes)

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in blender.
  2. Pulse then blend.
  3. Pour in glass and enjoy.

To make this even more yummoh, use frozen fruit instead of ice.
